Elrelï (Original character)

After over 10 years of work, thinking, worldbuilding, polishing, style improvement and love, I'm finally finished with my longest ever project - my 5 main original characters. Each of them has their own backstory, they come from 2 distant planets from civilizations unfamiliar to us, and their stories become intertwined in some way. Eventually, they form a rock band together.
Elrelï, a half-elf, comes from a distant planet named Thelubria. He used to be a royal knight who protected the city's peace and was the highest, most-respected among the ranks. By accident, he had discovered a corrupt government secret hidden by the king and queen. Elre's attempt to expose that secret to the public failed, as he was caught in the act. They stripped him of all his titles and possessions and was exiled as a "criminal" to the Industrial Pit - a prison-like city covered by a veil of smoke and a dirty red sky. Despite the rumors that no one can escape that place, he eventually fled to space (barely alive): thanks to a skilled mechanic he befriended, who taught him the nuts and bolts of engineering. Thus, he came to be known as "The Voyager".
