Ephemeral

The idea behind this was merging with clouds. Lots of things were going through my mind while painting it. Have you ever thought how nice it would be to be able to become one with the clouds and drift away for a bit when you're in need of some peace and quiet? Or how time often feels fleeting like them? I didn't like the painting in the initial stages and almost abandonded it, but the more I worked on it the more it grew on me.
